A workshop of the Korean Association of Severe Accident Research (KASAR), themed “Strategies for Applying and Extending Severe Accident Assessment Technology to Next-Generation Nuclear Power Plants,” took place from July 8 to 10, 2026, at the Chung Mong-Koo Conference Room, Hanyang University.

It was hosted by the Nuclear Safety Research Division of the Korean Nuclear Society and organized by Hanyang University’s multi-physics analysis innovation research center and KASAR.
